We see an interactive property tour in marketing action

Chris Blaber and his family ventured on a passionate property development project, transforming a rundown beach shack into a million dollar home on the Mornington Peninsular. Documented in a 12-part reality series aired on Foxtel, and community television, over a million viewers around Australia tuned in to watch. Campaigntrack's Matterport 3D floorplan played a key role in the property's promotion.

Located in the beachside town of Blairgowrie, attracting a broad buyer base for this contemporary holiday home was an important marketing objective. According to Chris Blaber, selling the experience of walking through the stunning home ‘virtually’ was essential, “using state-of-the-art innovation would form a crucial part of our advertising”.

In the final episode Campaigntrack’s Ben Theocharous explains the tech behind Matterport 3D floorplans and captures the Karkalla beach house in all its glory.
